You love it, you have to have it!
  1. Simply fill out our MAKE-IT-MINE form and send it to us at makeitmine@tininhas.com and we will get back to you shortly.
  2. Or you can call us from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time, any day at 206-985-6772.
Night and weekend emails will be returned the next business day. One of our assistants will be happy to help you make your selection. We know all about how our items fit, how they wear, color and size availability. Please note that Tininha's can only ship to your credit card’s billing address.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. We only charge sales tax on orders shipped within Washington State.

We use this information to contact you for any reasons regarding your order. When you place an order we will ask you if you'd like to receive email from us. If you select "No" we promise never to send you email. If you select "Yes" (We hope you do!) we'll only send you infrequent emails about events and goings-on around Tininha's.

  • We will not forward any of your personal information to other companies for marketing purposes.
  • Each time we email you, you will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe.

    • STOCK AVAILABILITY
    We do not guarantee that the items shown online will always be available. If the items online are 'out of stock', we may not get more. Most in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours. You will be notified if an item is out of stock. Unfortunately we cannot ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

    RETURN POLICY
    If you're not happy, we're not happy.
    We will be glad to make an exchange or give you store credit for any items you are not completely satisfied with. Unfortunately we cannot give refunds. Note - we must receive the item you are exchanging within 14 days of delivery date.

    Once we receive your return we will first determine that it has been sent back to us in the same perfect condition in which it was shipped to you.

    Swimsuits that are soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered can not be taken back. Additional shipping and handling charges will be added to the exchange shipment.

    Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

    PRODUCT AFTERCARE
    Swimsuits and lingerie:
    Rinse in cool, fresh water after each use and dry naturally in the shade. Do not wring, wrap in a towel, or put in plastic bag when wet. When dirty, use a mild soap, do not soak, but rinse right away. Never put in a washing machine, dry-clean or spot clean. Hot tubs and swimming pools with excessive chlorine will quickly wear out the swimsuit. This is not considered a manufacturer’s defect.

    Leather
    We recommend you use a leather protector, such as Scotchgard, to protect your bags and accessories from the elements.

    Laminated canvas
    Our laminated bags can be wiped clean with a clean, damp cloth.

    Non-laminated canvas
    These items should be dabbed with a clean damp sponge.
